What is online banking and how do I enroll?


Online banking is a service that is available to all GreatAmerica Bank customers. It allows the convenience of accessing your accounts anytime or anywhere by logging in from a computer or mobile device with internet service. For first time users, simply complete the online enrollment

I’ve entered my information, why isn’t the enrollment working?


If you’ve entered your enrollment information and are experiencing problems, it could mean that the information provided does not match what we have on file for you. Please contact us for assistance with your enrollment.

How much does online banking cost?


Online banking is FREE to all GreatAmerica Bank customers!

What am I able to access with online banking?


Online banking customers are able to view current and previous bank statements, account balances, transfer money between accounts, view check images and more.

What if I forget my online banking username/password?


If you forget your online banking password, simply click the “Forgot Password” link on the home page located by the Online Banking login fields. You will be prompted to answer your pre-established security question(s) to verify your identity and a temporary password will be emailed to you. If you have forgotten your username or are still having trouble with your password reset please contact us!

Why am I having trouble accessing my online banking?


If you are experiencing problems accessing your online banking, first make sure that you are able to access other internet sites successfully. If you are able to access other sites, then it may mean that online banking is currently unavailable. While this rarely occurs, please contact us to report the situation or try again at a later time. Go to online enrollment

Mobile Banking FAQ’s

What is mobile banking and how do I enroll?


Mobile banking conveniently allows you to do your banking from your smart phone. To enroll, you must first be an online banking user. If you are already using our online banking, go to either the App Store or Google Play and download our app. After downloading our app, log in by using your online banking username and password.

What if I’ve forgotten my username/password?


If you have forgotten your password, click on the “forgot password” link and answer your pre-established security question(s). A temporary password will be emailed to you. If you’ve forgotten your username or are still having trouble with your password reset, please contact us !

What if I previously declined enrollment in mobile banking?


If you have decided to use mobile banking after previously declining you will need to log in to your online banking account. Once logged in click on the “Profile” link in the top right of your screen then, “Turn on Mobile Banking” to proceed.

What can I access with mobile banking?


Mobile banking allows you the ability to view current account balances, transfer between accounts, view check images, locate branch locations and ATM’s, make mobile deposits, and more.

Can all mobile banking customers make mobile deposits?


No. Mobile deposits are only available to consumer account owners and are not allowed with a business account. All consumer accounts must establish an account relationship with GreatAmerica Bank for a minimum of 30 days before being able to use this feature.

What can I deposit with mobile banking?


You are able to deposit checks payable to the account owner(s). Checks must be properly endorsed by the account owner(s) or it will not be honored for deposit. Savings bonds, foreign items, re-deposited or returned items, checks payable to anyone other than the account owner(s) are not eligible for deposit.

Is there a daily limit on my deposits?


Yes, your deposited items are limited to $1000 per item and $3000 per day.

Is there a cutoff time for mobile deposits?


Yes, our mobile deposit cutoff time is 4:00 pm CST Monday-Friday. Any mobile deposit received after this time will be processed the following business day.

Are there fees for mobile banking?


Mobile banking is FREE to all GreatAmerica Bank customers, however; mobile messaging and data charges may apply.
